What you will do

• Manage premium client portfolios, acting as a strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising.
• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and strategists to ensure professional growth and delivery excellence.
• Develop and approve media plans, forecasts, and profitability reports based on analytics.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and new Amazon features to maintain client market leadership.
• Innovate internal agency processes to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to align resources with client perspectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments.
• 3+ years of formal team leadership experience in an agency setting.
• Proven track record with paid media strategies, specifically Amazon PPC and DSP.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
