What you will do

• Monitor core paid media and growth metrics across global markets to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities.
• Conduct structured root-cause analysis on paid ads performance to diagnose issues and shape strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards for senior leadership to track media efficiency.
• Own end-to-end execution of key paid ads initiatives, from scoping and planning to delivery and outcome tracking.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Paid Ads, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPM.
• Strong logical and quantitative thinking with the ability to structure complex problems.
• Exceptional learning agility and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Current right to work in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry.
• Hands-on exposure to paid media planning, campaign management, or agency coordination.
• Experience building AI agent systems or complex automated workflows.
