What you will do

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA study management across multiple client projects.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate study risks, proactively escalating issues and driving resolution.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and contractual compliance.
• Present study services at investigator meetings and support client discussions alongside Business Development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
• 1–4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
