What you will do
- Post job openings across various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct outbound phone screenings to qualify potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews between candidates and managers.
- Manage shared email boxes and respond to candidate and client inquiries professionally.
- Extend verbal and written employment offers to qualified candidates.
- Perform onboarding requests for new hires via the company portal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to a quiet work environment with a reliable internet connection and mobile phone.
