What you will do
- Source, post, and optimize job openings across various platforms.
- Design and manage efficient application and screening processes.
- Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and evaluate candidates.
- Present job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Document HR procedures and workflows to ensure organizational alignment.
- Organize team gatherings to foster company culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
- English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
- Proven background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Experience in performance coaching.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
