Requirements

• English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
• Proven background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
