• Meet and exceed sales targets while growing the client base in the technology sector.

• Proven experience in a sales-driven recruitment role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a 360-degree desk effectively.
• Must be able to work from the Reading office on a hybrid basis.
