What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews while maintaining accurate calendars.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive overall candidate experience.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens for entry-level roles, and support sourcing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting reports.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on pipeline updates and status tracking.
  • Initiate onboarding by sharing new hire details with IT, training, and management teams.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace and high discipline in a remote telecommuting environment.
