TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Schedule complex candidate interviews for the Americas-based recruitment team.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires using HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Host and lead weekly new hire orientation sessions with energy and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve coordination efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or recruiting support.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps and HRIS/ATS systems (Oracle HCM experience is an asset).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment from the Mexico City office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for facilitating group orientations.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
