TL;DR
Talent Coordinator (HR/Recruitment): Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in building internal hiring capabilities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience with an accent on pipeline management, candidate engagement, and process coordination. Focus on sourcing, scheduling, and maintaining high-quality candidate records within the ATS to support rapid company growth.
Location: Must be based in Northern Ireland and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship. The role is remote-first with a requirement to work from the Belfast HQ at least one day per week.

What you will do
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
- Manage the full interview scheduling process, including logistics and video links.
- Review and screen incoming applications to assess suitability and motivation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings within the Teamtailor ATS.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating content for social media channels.
Requirements
- Must be based in Northern Ireland with the right to work independently.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a people-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a genuine interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Attention to detail in written communications and administrative tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience using Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search techniques.
- Exposure to employer brand, social media content, or events coordination.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification.
