What you will do

• Conduct multi-channel outreach via cold calling, emailing, and social media to drive engagement and secure sponsorships.
• Manage the full sales cycle for sponsorship packages, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Perform ongoing industry research to find new leads and enhance conference content.
• Maintain accurate lead and communication records within the CRM database.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and new business growth.
• Attend select live conferences to facilitate onsite relationship-building and client service.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. entry visa required.
• Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication.
• 1–3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or event management.
• Proven ability to sell intangible services and communicate value effectively.
• Professional and persuasive communication style with a competitive, self-motivated personality.
• Availability for occasional travel to support live events.
