What you will do

• Set up and manage internal AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Execute gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop telemetry and dashboards to measure AI adoption trends and productivity changes.
• Build early prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI agent experiments.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with updated documentation and prompt examples.
• Collaborate with international engineering and product teams within security guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong background in building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical experience with LLM tools, prompting, evaluation, prototyping, and agents.
• Experience working in AWS-based environments (Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
• Ability to build and maintain simple data pipelines and dashboards.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
