TL;DR
Expert AI Engineer (AI/ML): Embedding into cross-functional product teams to drive practical AI adoption and agentic workflows with an accent on LLM integration, RAG, and MLOps. Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote or Hybrid)

What you will do
- Embed into product teams to work 1:1 with engineers on real-world AI tasks.
- Co-develop and refine AI-supported engineering workflows and agentic systems.
- Collaborate with internal innovation teams to address tooling gaps and improve AI adoption.
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards in AI design.
- Align technical AI initiatives with business priorities to deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software, data, or AI engineering.
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and mathematical foundations of machine learning.
- Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic system design.
- Experience with cloud-native AI platforms, specifically AWS SageMaker.
Nice to have
- Experience with Java or Node.js for production system integration.
- Familiarity with diverse data modalities including image, audio, and video.
- Background in regulated industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
