What you will do

• Embed into product teams to co-develop and refine AI-driven engineering workflows.
• Implement agentic ways of working through practical application and 1:1 collaboration with senior engineers.
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, multimodal, and generative AI architectures.
• Build scalable ML/LLM pipelines and apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices for deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal AI innovation teams to address tooling gaps and improve internal AI toolsets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software, data, or AI engineering, with 3-4 years specifically designing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI platforms, with AWS SageMaker as the primary requirement.
• Proven expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic system design.
• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in Spain to comply with remote/hybrid location requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Scala, or Node.js in production environments.
• Domain expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Energy, or Telecom.
• Knowledge of deploying AI in regulated environments and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or PCI DSS.
