What you will do

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using Python and LangGraph
• Integrate and fine-tune large language models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate remotely with distributed teams and optionally in Berlin or Barcelona
• Optimize AI system performance with metrics, observability, and monitoring
• Innovate with semantic search, multi-agent architectures, and model context protocols

Requirements

• Must be located within the European Union
• Strong professional experience in Python development
• Proven experience building AI-driven or agentic systems
• Solid understanding of large language models and API integration
• Experience with AWS cloud deployment and scaling
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work remotely

Nice to have

• Experience with semantic search technologies and vector databases
• Background in AI system performance evaluation and benchmarking
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions for AI
• Experience with Model Context Protocol servers and multi-agent system architectures
