What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Build production-grade AI systems integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Architect and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
• Develop AI-powered copilots, assistants, automation workflows, and autonomous agent systems.
• Implement tracing, telemetry, observability, and automated evaluation pipelines.
• Optimize inference cost, latency, throughput, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in backend systems and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience with production GenAI or LLM applications.
• Strong expertise in Python and building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Candidate must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, and open-source LLM deployment.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, etc.).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Ray, MLflow, or Airflow.
• Experience with AI observability platforms like LangSmith or Weights & Biases.
