Salary: $225,000 – $300,000+ OTE (Base $85,000+)

What you will do
- Run scheduled 40-minute discovery calls to diagnose and qualify leads.
- Lead 60-minute Brand Analysis presentations to demonstrate growth potential and close deals.
- Achieve and maintain a close rate of 35% or higher of total qualified live meetings.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including follow-ups and lead maximization.
- Maintain accurate CRM data in Pipedrive and complete daily KPI reporting.
- Participate in regular training and call reviews to sharpen sales performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, preferably in agency or consulting services.
- Proven track record as a top performer consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with a commanding presence on Zoom.
- Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
- Ability to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT working hours.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a numbers-driven mindset.
