TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (B2B Sales): Closing high-ticket consulting programs for established Amazon FBA brands with an accent on lead qualification and brand analysis presentations. Focus on maintaining a 35%+ close rate and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the USA, UK, or Canada and must overlap with U.S. EST/EDT hours.

Salary: $225,000 – $300,000+ OTE (Base $85,000+)

What you will do

  • Run scheduled 40-minute discovery calls to diagnose and qualify leads.
  • Lead 60-minute Brand Analysis presentations to demonstrate growth potential and close deals.
  • Achieve and maintain a close rate of 35% or higher of total qualified live meetings.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including follow-ups and lead maximization.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in Pipedrive and complete daily KPI reporting.
  • Participate in regular training and call reviews to sharpen sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, preferably in agency or consulting services.
  • Proven track record as a top performer consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English with a commanding presence on Zoom.
  • Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
  • Ability to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT working hours.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a numbers-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of exposure to Amazon FBA (PPC, brand management, etc.).
