Location: Remote (U.S.A.) with territory focus on SF/Bay Area, LA, Orange County, San Diego
Salary: $105,000 - $255,000 (base plus incentive compensation)

What you will do
- Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Proactively hunt for new business through market research and outreach.
- Leverage existing network of broker and accountant channel partners to generate leads.
- Become a PEO product expert and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Advocate for customer needs and suggest product improvements.
- Expand presence and strategic connections within assigned territories.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B lead generation in SaaS, PEO, or Fintech sectors.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
- Cold-calling experience and hunter mentality required.
- Established relationships with Broker and Accountant Channel partners.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) within assigned territories.
