What you will do

• Streamline and maintain account handover processes between Business Development, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation and workflows for account transitions.
• Analyze data to support sales incentive program design and execution for the SME team.
• Communicate incentive structures and updates to account executives and monitor program effectiveness.
• Prepare and update client-facing presentations, proposals, and reports for the sales organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools.

• Experience in a large-scale technology or financial services company.
