Earn Operation BD (Onchain Direction) (DeFi)

What you will do

• Identify tokenized traditional finance products and DeFi opportunities based on user needs and wealth management principles.
• Evaluate product fit, yield mechanisms, risk structures, and integration opportunities within the Earn ecosystem.
• Manage internal business collaboration opportunities and coordinate assessments with external partners.
• Work with product operations and campaign operations teams to execute user growth and engagement initiatives.
• Review product performance and campaign effectiveness using AI tools and data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Solid traditional finance background with knowledge of yield sources and strategies across bonds, funds, equities, commodities, and foreign exchange.
• Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products, including lending, staking, liquidity provision, and RWA vaults.
• Strong business development and partnership skills, including the ability to drive internal and external collaboration.
• Proficiency in AI tools, product analysis, operational performance reviews, and campaign effectiveness evaluation.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills are required.
