Sales Trader (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients across ETFs, corporate bonds, and listed derivatives.
• Facilitate trade execution across the full transaction life cycle.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with sophisticated institutional clients.
• Provide thoughtful pre- and post-trade analysis and anticipate client objectives.
• Coordinate with sales and trading colleagues to identify new execution opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales trading, preferably covering buy-side clients or working in buy-side execution trading.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing external customer relationships.
• Strong critical thinking, commercial judgment, analytical, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience covering a broad client base; institutional coverage is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, coordinate with colleagues, and continuously improve processes.

Nice to have

• Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, or another Asian language.
• Experience with institutional client coverage.
