Location: Hybrid (US-based); colleagues are expected to be in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Salary: $190,000 – $195,000 base salary

What you will do

• Manage the execution of individual project modules, including hypothesis development, data collection, and model creation.
• Support the Partner group through accurate and high-quality case execution.
• Develop and own executive client relationships, presenting findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Principals to receive technical steering for projects.
• Coach and mentor consultants to help them develop their professional skill sets.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting or the transportation and industrials industries.
• Specialized experience in aviation, aerospace & defense, surface transportation, or industrials.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Track record of leading teams and delivering against tight deadlines in demanding environments.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
