Associate (Transportation & Advanced Industrials)

Salary: $190,000–$195,000 base salary per year, with potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Manage the execution of individual project modules, including hypothesis development, data collection, modeling, analysis, and research.
• Identify insights and address information limitations through creative problem solving.
• Support Partners with accurate, high-quality case execution and project delivery.
• Develop executive client relationships and present findings to senior audiences.
• Work with Engagement Managers, Principals, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Coach consultants and support their professional development.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transportation, or industrials.
• Relevant experience in aviation, aerospace and defense, surface transportation, or industrials.
• Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience leading and managing teams while delivering under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence presenting to senior executives.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program; willingness to travel.
