What you will do

  • Lead complex transportation and rail projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Grow the Commercial Advisory portfolio by marketing services to existing and new clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide leadership on multidisciplinary projects and cross-sell services across the hirify.global Group portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the transportation industry with a focus on rail and transit commercial aspects.
  • Strong technical background in business case development, procurement support, or financing strategies.
  • Proven track record of growing commercial advisory services and working with senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Current network of clients and market trends identification.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada as per the specified office locations.
