What you will do
- Lead complex transportation and rail projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Grow the Commercial Advisory portfolio by marketing services to existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide leadership on multidisciplinary projects and cross-sell services across the Group portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the transportation industry with a focus on rail and transit commercial aspects.
- Strong technical background in business case development, procurement support, or financing strategies.
- Proven track record of growing commercial advisory services and working with senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Current network of clients and market trends identification.
- Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada as per the specified office locations.
