Location: Hybrid (United States). Requires in-person attendance at least two to three days per week at a GT office or client site.

Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do

• Lead strategic assessments of client technology environments against best practices and maturity models.
• Develop value-add recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead application package selection, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Perform assessments of technology organizations to align capabilities with enterprise strategy and cost structures.
• Drive the development of financial and quantitative business cases to support IT transformations.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining executive presence with senior audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or MIS preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting focusing on technology engagements.
• Experience in IT organization assessment, package selection, and cloud assessments.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in-office/on-site).
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
