Technology Strategy Manager

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least two days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in the United States. Expected travel is up to 40%.

Salary: $147,200–$196,880 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver advisory and implementation services for technology strategy and business transformation engagements.
• Lead strategic assessments of client technology environments using best practices and maturity model frameworks.
• Develop recommendations, implementation roadmaps, business cases, financial models, and complex budgets.
• Lead application package selection, solution design, implementation planning, and technology organization assessments.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and present difficult recommendations persuasively to senior audiences.
• Support proposals, business development, service offering development, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of related experience, preferably in strategy consulting and technology engagements.
• Experience assessing IT organizations, aligning capabilities with enterprise strategy, and evaluating cost structures and operating models.
• Experience with package selection, implementation planning, application architecture models, enterprise cloud assessments, and roadmap development.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills with demonstrated executive presence.
• Ability to attend in person at least two days per week at a U.S. office or client site and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA or MIS degree.
• Experience servicing technology-related strategy consulting engagements.
