What you will do

• Develop new B2B accounts and generate revenue to meet established sales quotas.
• Qualify leads and drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and proactive lead generation.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to conduct and present proposals to C-Level Executives.
• Align company offerings with client needs to foster long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in outside B2B (business-to-business) selling.
• Proven track record of consultative selling and building credibility with clients quickly.
• Experience working with mid-market companies (100-1000 employees).
• BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work with teams in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Salesforce.
