What you will do

• Develop and strengthen client relationships by delivering high-quality service and expanding assigned accounts.
• Coordinate marketing and placement of new and renewal business while managing daily account activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure service deadlines are met.
• Advise clients on market trends, data analytics, and employee health and benefits strategies.
• Collaborate with Producers to maintain service standards and identify opportunities for account enhancement and referral business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
• State Life & Health Insurance License (required within 90 days of hire).
• Extensive knowledge of commercial industry laws, products, coverages, and underwriting.
• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and provide face-to-face client service.
