What you will do

  • Develop and execute partner sales and go-to-market strategies across MSPs and payment processors.
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements to create mutual value for hirify.global and its partners.
  • Build joint solutions integrating the hirify.global Platform and AI capabilities into partner offerings.
  • Manage the rhythm of business, including forecasting channel sales and meeting revenue targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to structure business models.
  • Represent the company at customer, partner, and industry events to strengthen strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building strategic partnerships with MSPs or SaaS cloud resellers.
  • Proven track record within the financial partner ecosystem and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting channel sales and exceeding quotas.
  • Deep understanding of cloud economics and MSP partner agreement constructs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
