Partner Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (US), but must be based in the San Luis Obispo/Santa Barbara area to be in the field 3 days per week

Compensation: Total OTE $130,000 - $140,000 (Base $60,000 - $70,000 + Variable $70,000)

What you will do

• Build and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Develop strategic referral networks specifically focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to identify and resolve emerging operational issues.
• Partner with Marketing to execute initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
• Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners to execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building relationships with tech/HCM partners and financial advisors in the SMB sector.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Ability to be in the field 3 days per week.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales cycles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
