What you will do

  • Develop the Microsoft Business Central VAR channel from the ground up, including target list building and GTM execution.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial referral agreements to establish a sustainable partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Enable partner sellers through onboarding, co-sell sessions, and vertical-specific use case training.
  • Generate and route Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to assigned Account Executives.
  • Represent the company at regional Microsoft user groups and conferences (approximately 25% travel).
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and document a repeatable channel playbook.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in channel partnerships or alliance roles.
  • Direct experience in the Microsoft ecosystem with an existing portfolio of contacts at Business Central or Dynamics 365 VARs.
  • Track record of negotiating and activating commercial referral or partner agreements.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and account mapping tools like Crossbeam.
  • Valid authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time across the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AP automation or experience in the fintech space.
  • Prior experience building a channel program or partner playbook from scratch.
  • Existing relationships with partners operating multiple ERP practices (NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage Intacct).
  • Proficiency using AI to automate operational tasks.
