What you will do

• Identify and scale brilliant technical work across different service lines to eliminate silos and promote cross-pollination.
• Analyze the skill gaps and needs of the engineering community to design high-impact internal learning sessions.
• Collaborate with experts to create practical playbooks, hands-on exercises, and recorded demos.
• Implement learning and change management strategies to ensure knowledge retention and practical application.
• Drive internal roadshows and workshops to showcase successful deliveries and agentic AI solutions.
• Build personal expertise in platforms like Appian, UiPath, and agentic AI to effectively communicate technical value.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona to lead both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Technical proficiency sufficient to evaluate the complexity, quality, and novelty of AI/automation solutions.
• High energy and a proven ability to rally people and foster a sense of community.
• Strong organizational skills to manage the momentum of long-term upskilling initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including a portfolio of something real you have built.
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and sessions for technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Adult Learning Theory and virtual training facilitation for remote teams.
• Experience delivering soft-skills or technical systems training.
• Familiarity with Appian, UiPath, Celonis, and modern agentic AI tools.
