What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR and people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and oversee talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
• Shape organizational culture, engagement, and DEIB initiatives to support innovation.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Ensure HR practices comply with regulatory standards while managing operations and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in HR with a clear progression to senior leadership roles such as CHRO, CPO, or SVP/VP of HR.
• Proven track record of driving organizational transformation and culture evolution in mid-to-large organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with CEOs and Boards.
• Demonstrated leadership in building human-centric, AI-enabled workplaces.
• Must be comfortable working on a project-by-project basis across various industries.
