Salary: $80,000 – $95,000

What you will do

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for employees.
• Create learning materials including presentations, job aids, reference guides, videos, and knowledge articles.
• Support employee adoption of business systems such as ticketing platforms, HR systems, and collaboration tools.
• Translate system updates and process changes into clear, effective learning content.
• Develop and deliver foundational AI learning content and best practices to assist with AI enablement.
• Track participation and adoption metrics to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate training, L&D, employee enablement, or instructional design.
• Proven experience creating training content and learning materials.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts.
• Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, or ticketing systems.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Experience creating video-based learning or microlearning assets.
• Exposure to AI tools for content development.
