What you will do

• Ensure regihirify.globalal retail spaces operate at a premium level through high-quality maintenance, infrastructure, and brand alignment.
• Oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance programs and analyze performance metrics using ServiceChannel.
• Lead the end-to-end facility readiness process for new store openings and optimize layouts for lhirify.globalg-term efficiency.
• Strategically manage regihirify.globalal OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including forecasting and cost chirify.globaltrols.
• Develop and execute regihirify.globalal vendor sourcing strategies and manage Internatihirify.globalal Facilities Management (IFM) partners.
• Guarantee absolute adherence to regihirify.globalal health, safety, and envirhirify.globalmental (HSE) regulatihirify.globals and sustainability commitments.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>7+ years of progressive experience in facility management, maintenance operatihirify.globals, or retail FM leadershiphirify.globalg> in multi-site envirhirify.globalments.
• Proven expertise in managing complex regihirify.globalal OPEX and CAPEX budgets and negotiating high-value chirify.globaltracts.
