Senior Lean Engineer

What you will do

• Manage and develop the factory's Lean system, facilitating daily meetings and sustaining the Lean Daily Management System.
• Implement Kaizen activities and Lean production tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide comprehensive training to plant employees on Lean systems and tools.
• Establish and enforce 5S standards, conducting regular audits across all departments.
• Lead quick changeover initiatives and analyze OEE data to enhance equipment utilization and reduce downtime.
• Support Lean improvement projects across other hirify.global plants in the APAC region.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Lean or Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Office software and data analysis tools.
