What you will do

• Define the global car fleet policy from scratch, covering allocation, procurement, and compliance across 10+ countries.
• Own end-to-end operational fleet management, including handovers, license checks, maintenance, and lease accounting.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Benefits, Legal, and Operations teams to integrate fleet processes into the employee lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement tools and automation to make the fleet program scalable and efficient.
• Track and manage fleet costs and utilization, providing data-driven recommendations for program optimization.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in fleet management, mobility, or related operations/facilities roles.
• Experience building programs or policies across multiple countries.
• Understanding of lease accounting, payroll, and employee benefits, including gross-up calculations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for aligning HR, Finance, and Legal leaders.
• English: Fluent communication skills are required to turn complex operational topics into clear policies.
