What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term fleet management strategy and budgeting for German cities.
• Optimize operational workflows and monitor KPIs to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Manage demand-driven capacity planning and recruitment to meet operational SLAs.
• Oversee physical assets, including vehicles and facilities, to maximize their lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all field operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performance culture through goal setting and coaching.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operational leadership within mobility, logistics, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or a similar field.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost performance.
• Knowledge of operational models, including 3PL setups and workforce management.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German.
