What you will do
- Define and standardize maintenance processes across all markets to scale best practices globally.
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure and improve maintenance performance at the mechanic, city, and global levels.
- Act as the Product Owner for the maintenance section of the Charger app, collaborating with development teams.
- Conduct internal maintenance audits and field visits to ensure compliance and support local operations.
- Ensure all workshops comply with safety guidelines, SOPs, and local regulations.
- Bridge the communication gap between local maintenance teams and central vehicle development teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in operations management within a field-heavy, multi-market distributed network.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate noisy operational data into clear action plans.
- Strong process thinking and experience in documenting and standardizing global workflows.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
- Product thinking skills to identify tool requirements and communicate them to developers.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Tallinn, Estonia.
