What you will do

• Define and standardize maintenance processes across all markets to scale best practices globally.
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure and improve maintenance performance at the mechanic, city, and global levels.
• Act as the Product Owner for the maintenance section of the Charger app, collaborating with development teams.
• Conduct internal maintenance audits and field visits to ensure compliance and support local operations.
• Ensure all workshops comply with safety guidelines, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Bridge the communication gap between local maintenance teams and central vehicle development teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in operations management within a field-heavy, multi-market distributed network.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate noisy operational data into clear action plans.
• Strong process thinking and experience in documenting and standardizing global workflows.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
• Product thinking skills to identify tool requirements and communicate them to developers.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Tallinn, Estonia.
