What you will do

• Lead and coach a dispersed team to maintain high operational standards and a positive culture.
• Design, implement, and monitor efficient systems for vehicle recovery and transportation.
• Manage risk by performing robust driver and vehicle audits to ensure full legislative compliance.
• Plan and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of recovery vehicles.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to improve pricing and service quality.
• Maintain central registers of contracts and pricing while ensuring procurement policies are followed.

Requirements

• Experience in remote team management and professional coaching.
• Detailed understanding of multi-user vehicle fleets, including grey, owned, and courtesy vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of driver and vehicle safety and legislative procedures.
• Excellent organizational, influencing, and communication skills.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to perform ad-hoc travel to various locations based on business needs.
