What you will do
- Lead fleet strategy and procurement, including vehicle exploration, high-value deals, remarketing, holding periods, and financing.
- Own repair and maintenance operations, balancing internal workshops and external partnerships to minimise vehicle off-road time.
- Command decentralised teams across multiple London depots, ensuring performance and safety standards.
- Manage fleet admin, including insurance claims and PCN processing, streamlining high-volume tasks.
- Drive compliance and safety to meet regulatory requirements and O-Licence standards.
- Optimise total cost of ownership using data insights, reporting key metrics to executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of fleet leadership experience, ideally in high-growth logistics.
- Proven track record in decentralised management of teams and assets across multiple locations.
- Strategic and analytical mindset for data-informed procurement, maintenance, and budgeting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management from mechanics to executives.
- Unwavering ownership in solving open-ended problems for scalable fleet operations.
- Embody company values and set cultural standards.
