What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposal development and program capture strategies.
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to identify critical paths and mitigate risks.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams for timely execution.
• Monitor program performance using industry-standard tools and initiate corrective actions.
• Deliver executive-level updates and manage customer communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in engineering and program/project management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary programs with full cost, schedule, and performance accountability.
• Proficiency with program management tools and integrated scheduling (e.g., MS Project).
• Must be a US Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee (ITAR restriction).
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Technical expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and defense electronics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, PLM systems, and ERP platforms.
