What you will do

• Lead execution of complex aerospace and defense programs as the primary customer-facing representative.
• Manage multiple large-scale programs with annual revenues exceeding $100M.
• Own financial performance, including ETC/EAC forecasting and program budgeting.
• Direct customer communications, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality teams.
• Develop strategies to expand business opportunities with existing and new customers.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of Program Management experience in aerospace, defense, or technical manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing high-visibility external customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in ETC/EAC forecasting and margin management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) due to ITAR compliance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
