Aerospace company building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for sustainable air mobility.

What you will do

  • Coordinate technical efforts across Aerodynamics, Acoustics, Vehicle Performance, and Thermal Management domains.
  • Act as the primary interface between Flight Sciences and cross-functional stakeholders on deliverables and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for simulation development, wind tunnel testing, and flight test correlation.
  • Drive supplier performance to ensure all contractual milestones are met through proactive execution.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and opportunities specifically related to performance and schedule.
  • Prepare executive-level summaries and readiness assessments for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or engineering roles.
  • Experience in flight sciences (aerodynamics, flight simulation, thermal management, or acoustics).
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical development programs and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience in advanced air mobility or aerospace vehicle development.
  • Familiarity with flight test planning, simulation validation, and model-to-flight correlation.
  • Experience supporting aircraft certification programs and performance compliance.
