Aerospace company building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for sustainable air mobility.
What you will do
- Coordinate technical efforts across Aerodynamics, Acoustics, Vehicle Performance, and Thermal Management domains.
- Act as the primary interface between Flight Sciences and cross-functional stakeholders on deliverables and priorities.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for simulation development, wind tunnel testing, and flight test correlation.
- Drive supplier performance to ensure all contractual milestones are met through proactive execution.
- Manage program risks, issues, and opportunities specifically related to performance and schedule.
- Prepare executive-level summaries and readiness assessments for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or engineering roles.
- Experience in flight sciences (aerodynamics, flight simulation, thermal management, or acoustics).
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical development programs and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience in advanced air mobility or aerospace vehicle development.
- Familiarity with flight test planning, simulation validation, and model-to-flight correlation.
- Experience supporting aircraft certification programs and performance compliance.
