What you will do

• Lead programs or portfolios valued up to $100M, assuming full authority for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, budgets, and execution schedules aligned with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Manage external customer relationships and lead management reviews to communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Utilize EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior managers and drive complex program strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience).
• 8+ years of related program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage program budgets and meet technical objectives with limited oversight.
• Expertise in organizational KPI measurement, reporting, and interfacing with financial teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Broomfield, CO.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certifications (e.g., PfMP).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and supply chain management.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
