What you will do

• Own execution of U.S. government programs as prime or subcontractor, managing scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage delivery of combined software and hands-on engineering services to government customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for government customers and prime partners post-award.
• Identify technical talent requirements, hire, and manage field engineers to staff programs.
• Translate incoming opportunities into staffing plans and resourcing strategies.
• Build the delivery model and program management standards for the government programs business.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (hiring limited to specific states).
• 5+ years of experience managing U.S. government programs post-award.
• Direct experience hiring, onboarding, and managing technical staff.
• Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate engineering talent and engage with technical leads.
• Familiarity with U.S. government contracting vehicles such as OTAs, SBIRs, IDIQs, and CRADAs.
• Must be clearance-eligible.
