What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting to self-source new referral partners across target verticals (80% of time).
  • Qualify inbound partner enquiries from webforms and internal referrals.
  • Identify strategic opportunities within accounting firms, business advisory practices, and e-commerce agencies.
  • Nurture newly onboarded partners and re-engage dormant partners to reignite referral activity.
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline of prospective partners using Salesforce.
  • Represent Airwallex at industry events and partner meetups to attract new leads.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or partnerships-adjacent roles.
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and meeting activity-based targets.
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills for high-volume outreach.
  • Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exposure to FinTech, SaaS, or accounting software ecosystems is advantageous.
