What you will do
- Identify and approach potential partners in Fintech, eCommerce, and professional services.
- Execute outreach campaigns and manage the lead pipeline to drive growth.
- Onboard and activate new partners to ensure high-quality client referrals.
- Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on co-marketing activities and referral processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally in a tech startup.
- Proven ability to prospect and generate leads via cold outreach.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and an avid adopter of AI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport across industries.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech, eCommerce, or Employer of Record (EOR) industries.
