What you will do

• Support internal controls processes for the LATAM Finance Center of Excellence and Mesoandean region.
• Partner with management to optimize the control environment through review, design, training, monitoring, and testing (SOX, Delegation of Authority, Control Self Assessments).
• Conduct advisory reviews on identified risk areas to ensure policy effectiveness.
• Support management in SOX testing and lead control assessment exercises.
• Provide professional training on policies and controls to team members.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in center processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four consulting background.
• Advanced English level mandatory.
• High expertise in USGAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Proven experience with SOX and Delegation of Authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
