Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Manager (Automotive): Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and operating plan performance for commercial services and plant operations with an accent on P&L management, cash flow optimization, and strategic business reviews. What you will do
- Prepare and analyze long- and short-term financial forecasts and monitor EBIT and expense performance.
- Coordinate annual budgets, regional requirements, and Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR).
- Manage revenue and pricing strategies, including local commercial policies and incentives.
- Identify solutions to maximize EBIT and increase cash flow efficiency.
- Lead FP&A and pricing system process improvement projects.
- Provide financial support and cost analysis for plant management and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or accounting.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 10+ years of finance management experience, with at least 5 years in financial planning.
- Deep knowledge of Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
- Proven experience in managing commercial policies and pricing strategies.
- Must be based in Mexico City.
Nice to have
- Experience in the tire or automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting and general Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, or Essbase.
- Post-graduate degree in Business, Statistics, or Economics.
