What you will do

• Manage and lead commercial aspects during the program acquisition and development phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align bottom-up costing with product designs and commercial boundaries.
• Maintain and update the costing database including raw materials, labor, overhead, and CAPEX.
• Provide financial analysis for reporting and program gate reviews, monitoring risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive financial success and achievement of KPIs in partnership with the Program Manager.
• Support cost improvement activities through detailed financial data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of related financial work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with FACTON, SAP, or similar project management and costing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions from complex data.
