What you will do

• Manage daily uploads of invoices and supporting documentation into customer portals like Ariba and SAP.
• Review and validate documentation to ensure compliance with client-specific requirements.
• Monitor submission status and proactively manage rejections in coordination with Billing, Collections, and Operations teams.
• Maintain tracking logs, reports, and dashboards to ensure visibility of performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Order to Cash, billing, or invoicing processes.
• Experience with B2B customer portals such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or Taulia.
• Advanced English level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
