What you will do

• Increase sales and market share of Hoegemeyer Seed products.
• Develop and execute annual District Business plans and strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Target, recruit, and develop new, profitable selling dealers and direct buyers.
• Deliver timely dealer and customer sales meetings and field days.
• Provide technical product training and seed positioning based on sound agronomic practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Accounting teams to handle deliveries, returns, and collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong agronomic background and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift at least 65 pounds.
